I started today!
My weight is 97,9 kg (3453 oz). The goal is to lose at least 10 kilos in 90 days.
I will regularly report on my progress.
Do you also have a weight problem, want to loose some kilos? Why don’t you join me?

Hi Popeye
I don’t have a weight problem but I just wanted to wish you lots of success in your endeavor. For many people, losing weight can often be a challenge. But just keep focused on your goal and keep going forward.
Hope you have your rewards in place for meeting your target. I am curious, are you doing it all on your own or do you have some social support in your corner? Having social support helps to keep you going when you need a bit of encouragement.

Thank you Vanessa for good wishes.
Yes, it’s true, it is harder to do it alone and social support can help in critical moments! At the moment I am on my own, hopefully somebody will join me soon.

Hi Popeye
That is amazing coincident 🙂 My weight is close to yours and goal is exactly the same – to lose 10 kilos.

Hello and thanks for sharing, losing weight has become so popular in this day and time and that is a good thing because being overweight can lead to so many things like heart disease and having a stroke. The sad thing is that many have had this kind of bad experience, but the good news is that hope is not lost, as we commit to a good work out program like setting a goal to lose weight in 90 days is good, it may not be easy but you can do it and get the results that you want. Wishing you the best of success.
