One More Attempt to lose 10 kilos
Let’s do that together, will you join me at the 90 Day Diet Challenge.
Why? Because, I am proactive; this is the first habit of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
For instance, I am overweight and want to lose a few kilos. Probably we do not need to explain why this is good for me, I want to take care for my health, bla, bla, bla … I will do that because I want to feel better, so I have strong motivation, probably also clear goals, e.g. to take off 10 kilos.
And now it comes the most complicated part – implementation. Join me at the 90 Day Diet Challenge!
How to make the final decision? For instance, use the method of 6 Thinking Hats. For instance, I am overweight and want to lose a few kilos, again.
The withe hat is about the 90 Day Diet Challenge.
The red hat I about the feelings, It would be great if I lose a few (tens) kilos, I will be really happy.
The yellow hat is about positive things, e.g. being fit it is good for my health, increases the quality of life.
The black hat is about critical thinking, be honest, it is not easy to follow any died, I will be in a bad mood, nervous, hungryL, etc.
The green hat is about creative thinking, positive final result outweighs all the problems that I have with the diet.
The blue hat is about process control, make a decision, and join me at the 90 Day Diet Challenge.
Before you start the diet, talk to your doctor, especially if you have any health problems. Also during the diet, responsibility for your health is entirely on yourself.
For easier planning of your meals you can use this App.
I am waiting for your comments.

Hi Popeye, good luck with your attempt to lose 10 kilos. Recently I am on a diet, trying to lose some weight and rebuild my fitness. It is very supportive to see blog and websites starting challenges like this. I have read your 90 day diet challenge, it is a great plan.

Hey there! I’ve been doing workout lately and I can’t see the muscles that I gained. I searched it up on the internet and they said that I should lose my weight or do more cardio. I want to lose weight but the same time gain muscles. Do you think that this is a good diet plan for me? Thank you for your response

Hi John,
you know, first weight than muscles. If you lose some weight and do workout there will be muscles as well.
Join me on March 14!

I will have to start implementing your ideas on how to think about it versus just saying that you’ll diet, and your back off the wagon in a week, your right we have to learn to think of dieting in a different perspective. It’s a great way to get people to WANT to succeed. good website!

What a wonderful concept, and the 90 days is a resonably length of time to set a goal to loose the 10 kilos. I love your spirit and motivation with this diet plan. I’m literally “knocking” myself for such, lousy eating habits and the many years of pigging out on any and everything I wanted. I am paying for it now, so crucially, until I’m not able to join the wonderful 90 day challenge here. My doctor has already placed me on a very strict diet n tons of meds, due to a few severe health complications…As the result of my bad eating habits. I’m praying for the day, I can join a great challenge such as this one.
By the way, the 6 hats concepts is very motivational. I simply love it! I will bookmark this page, and try sharing it with a buddy, who can do this challenge. Loosing 10 kilos, and eating a diet that doesn’t make you feel like the biggest “rabbit” on the planet, sounds like a winner. Do you think it’s possible for people to loose more than 10lbs on this particular challenge as well? How many pounds would you say, is safe to loose in one month? Although, I’ve never had to think to hard about this question, due to slow “snail’s pace” weight loss, I’ve always wondered. Thanks for sharing your challenge, it’s a good one.

Dear Bev.
everything is in our heads and it is difficult to start.
I think, it is ok if you lose approximately 1 kilo (30-40 oz) per week.
Mark March 14!

losing weight is a great thing because being over weight can lead to so many things, I have written several articles on living a more healthy lifestyle, and one of those ways is to get your weight under control an this calls for discipline in terms of working out and have a good diet. The challenge is that our bodies are so use to the old way that we have to now teach it the new way. The good news is that you are in control and it can be done. Just keep your eyes on your goal and you will make it.
